This pandemic, as inconvenient (wrong word, I know) as it is, has not stopped people from buying and selling real estate.
The "HOT" times to sell are typically between May and August. With the pandemic disrupting May and June - we will continue to see this "hotness" well past August. My broker predicts at least until the middle of October. - I agree with that
