The loan process can be daunting, but it is much easier with today's technology!
"Back in the day" aka 10 years ago, loan officers had to get their hands on every single piece of financial information from you that they could. Forms had to be signed, faxes had to be made, copies were a must. Today, that is all done electronically. The headache of a process used to take a few days to complete; now it is all submitted online to the loan officer.
A good friend of mine is a loan officer and he walked be through the process from what it was, to what is is today. He creates a secure log-in for a client, they submit their paperwork through a secure portal, he then runs his numbers and does his magic. It's THAT EASY!
He has helped several of my clients get the loan they were wanting for while we found the home they were looking for.
