As a future homeowner, we like to educate our clients on a realistic experience of home maintenance. A home is a beautiful thing to own, and even better when you can save money by doing a few simple things around the house to keep it running smoothly.
The best part, is it does not cost a ton of money to do - but if you do not do it, it can rack up a pretty hefty bill.
I have a check list every summer (and a few throughout the year) of home maintenance that I must do. Not only to keep things running smoothly, but with a 4-year-old running around the house, safety is a huge concern for my family.
